  3. Q: How would you describe your style?

  4. A: Psychedelic to the max. I love the old school psychedelic folk sounds of the 60's. I love the harder psychedelic sounds of the 70's and 80's.

  5. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  6. A: I bring my perspective and my story. I bring the knowledge of all the music I've ever played or heard and my opinions on why certain bits of that music are important. I am all about solutions and finding a way forward when a problem arises. I bring positivity and great love for what I do.

  7. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  8. A: I love the vibe of everything Jeff Tweedy does. I'm into everything psychedelic. I love all the risks David Bowie took throughout his career. I'm a big Pink Floyd fan - my band covered all of their music, so I had to learn all the guitar and vocal parts. Their style and songwriting has influenced me heavily in my own work. I also really love rap and hip hop. I really enjoy all of Kendrick Lamar's artistry. I grew up on Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, The Fugees and Lauryn Hill. I love Missy Elliot and everything Timbaland produces. I'm also heavily influenced by all things Motown - just some of the best songwriting and singing ever on those tracks. I especially love Marvin Gaye and the journey he took as an artist.
