A: Always reach out and ask questions, you want to find the right artist or professional for your needs So make sure it aligns, sometimes this may require hiring them for a short demo.

Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

A: What is your overall budget? When do you need this by? What are your plans for this song, what's the big picture? Is this song for commercial release or sync licensing? Will I be able to retain any royalties? Will I be credited as SAINT JOSH?

Q: Analog or digital and why?

A: Digital is more convenient and more ready and easily accessible now because it's like you can have a mobile music studio with you anywhere you go and the some of the top engineers are mixing completely in the box now. I still think analog is part of what makes a studio feel like a studio, but as technology improves eventually digital will be the main go to.

Q: How would you describe your style?

A: Eccentric, versatile, a blend of everything. I enjoy many different genres of music and many different sub genres of rap and hip hop. But if I had to put a label on it, I would define my style as "Shredder Mc, musically structured with an influence of Trap & Hip hop. Here's an analogy, Shredder is my uniform, my colors are trap and hip hop.

Q: What do you bring to a song?

A: My all, I give it my everything, really put forth my best effort, every song's approach is different depending on what I feel it needs.

Q: What's your typical work process?

A: Spontaneous with hints of structure and organization. Each aspect I approach differently depending on the technicality of it. As far as overall, I think the art is really subjective, I also think art is about feeling, emotion, expression, ventilation, and exploring. I think the best art comes from a vulnerable position , an artist takes you into their world and let's you hear their side of the story, or maybe they paint it from someone else's perspective. That's why art is amazing because you can make it about real things or take a total "What If" approach or even be unorthodox and unconventional in every way.

Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

A: I'm inspired by so many different artist and bands. I just enjoy good music that was made for the love, people who really enjoy and give their everything to their craft. Johnny Cash, Bob Marley, Slipknot, Love the art of music Also love watching the more technical side of things too , like engineers is a whole different ballpark but those guys are amazing. Leslie Brathwaite, Tony Maserati, Manny Marroquin, Chris Lord Algae, to name a few.

Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

A: To give you my absolute best and never cut corners I want to work with it until you are jumping with joy at how much you love it!

Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

A: Tech N9ne, Nas, J Cole, Lil Wayne, Eminem Because these are my favorite artist.

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: Rap & Hip Hop mainly But I work with all different types of genres but I usually feature on their music as a rap artist I will work on any genre as a songwriter, but when you hire me as an artist (SAINT JOSH) you are getting a hip hop / rap performance. I could also do DJ shouts and tags, voiceovers etc. I also do some material not as a rapper but more like vocals But note, I am not like a singer, singer I do stuff more like Pitbull or stuff for club music voice lines etc.
