Hi, I am Jojo,

a seasoned session drummer and sound designer hailing from the south of Germany close to the breathtaking Alps. My musicality and unique approach to the drums have allowed me to work in the music industry since 15+ years and collaborate on a wide range of projects including platin and gold selling records, soundtracks for film, commercials and television.

In my studio, I am committed to capturing a warm, fat & creative vintage sound, enriched with imaginative textures. My focus is on crafting rhythmic constructs that involve intricate sound layering, blending a diverse mix of sounds, percussions, and electronics. I am always on the lookout for new and unconventional sounds to explore, as my passion for drums and sound design knows no bounds.

But the most important thing is to find the best groove, emotion and sound for your song!

My studio is equipped with top-notch analog outboard gear, an exquisite collection of microphones, a range of exceptional drums, spanning from vintage classics to modern gems and a great sounding recording room.

I met Jojo during the time we were playing/touring with the winner of Germany's Pop Star which was years ago, we were young and all we did was touring, playing live....hired guns.

Years past and we both built our own studios and got into production, recording sessions. Since than Jojo recorded drums for multiple productions of mine. A kind, gentle soul with great gear, room etc. But most valuable to me is his attention to detail in performance, tone. It's a pleasure to work with him.
