Hi! I am Tokyo Project, Music Producer and Sound Engineer based it Italy, Milan. I am currently signed to Universal Music and have worked for some of the most important labels in the EDM scene: Cloudkid, Mr.SuicideSheep, Proximity, Future House Music, and many others. My main genres include EDM, Trap and Alternative Pop .

I have built my experience in over 10 years, working mostly on unique music production, crystalline sound design and precise sound engineering.
My goal is to bring life to your vision, enchanting all the details that will lead to the final product.

  1. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  2. A: i think in 2022 doesnt really matter , doing sound selection and sound design in the best way is possible also without expensive analog gear imo.

  6. A: i love the fact that i do for living what i really love

  7. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  8. A: my computer of course ! with his charger i would say , speakers , an audio interface , also one synth and at the end also a microphone.

  9. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: i started making music in 2013 influenced a lot by "Skrillex" my dream was to become a big EDM artist , and at the end i reached time by time a lot of huge milestones in my career and also i released my music with the biggest label in the scene so i'm pretty proud of myself but i wanna go further and evolve more and more..

  12. A: for my music as an artist i would say kinda of Dark/SuperVillain vibe .

  13. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  14. A: I would personally love working with Billie Eilish , i think we could blend really well togheter

  15. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  16. A: less is more i think it's one of the greatest tip in the music production.

  17. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  18. A: i usually work on all different genres and sub genres of : EDM , Trap , Pop mostly ... but i also worked as a composer making some videogames soundtracks.

  19. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  20. A: i would say it's sound design/sound selection

  21. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  22. A: i love bring to one project a full vision of how the song should sound in terms of sound design , sound selection , and also emotions and feelings around cool and targeted chords and melodies to enchant the vibe.

  23. Q: What's your typical work process?

  24. A: usually i love starting building the chords and melodies first , then i play around with some cool drums , and as last i love going really deep with sound design to find the perfect sound for that project.

  25. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  26. A: my studio has : an UAD Apollo audio interface i find really professional and also i like a lot the way i work with it , then i have a Moog Sub 37 just to have some cool synth to play with when comes to have cool sounds , Shure sm7b , some guitars and also an ukulele . My monitors are the yamaha hs7 i find them really cool onestly.

  27. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  28. A: i get inspired easily by a lot of production even from small artists, i think everyone can inspire you even for the smallest things

  29. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  30. A: Usually i get requests for production/sound design/mix&mastering
