Matt on SoundBetter

I am a mixing engineer, producer and songwriter specialising in genres like pop, electronica & R&B. Music I've worked on has featured on BBC Radio 1, BBC Introducing, MusicCrowns, BBC Radio Bristol & Radio Islington.

I'm Matt and have been making music for roughly 7 years. I offer affordable and professional mixing services for independent bands and artists. Feel free to drop me a message, I'd love to chat and discuss your music!

I specialise in clean, punchy, electronic-based mixes which deliver the most important elements of the track to your listeners.

I work from my acoustically treated home studio which has a dual pair monitor set up: Yamaha HS7s (my main monitors, for clarity and transparency) & KRK Rokit 5s (muddier, bassy reference monitors). Through listening on these and other playback devices, I can make sure your track slaps on any system.

I'm passionate about ensuring that everything I do helps the track shine and I'm dedicated to delivering a finished product which satisfies the client's needs.

Music is so subjective and I understand that everyone's tastes and opinions are different. When you hire me, I take into account your preferences, references and your (if needed) feedback for revisions so that I can nail the mix for YOU.

I also offer production, beatmaking & songwriting services. Whether it's additional instrumentation or sound design, I always aim to serve the song and enhance what the artist has created.

If you're an artist who wants to level up their next release, let's get to work!

Send me an email through 'Contact' button above and I'll get back to you asap.
