Internationally Acclaimed NYC-Based Jazz Trumpeter w/ 20+ Years Experience
I've been playing trumpet and flugelhorn for almost 25 years while based out of New York City. I've performed in nearly 1,000 concerts, recorded on 30 studio albums, dozens of singles/EPs, and have appeared on 200+ YouTube videos. I've also received over 30 internationally competitive musical awards, including 7 specifically for trumpet playing.
I've been a part of national tours and international concerts held in places like Malaysia, France, Haiti, Canada as well as throughout the Caribbean, and have worked for acclaimed/Grammy-winning artists such as Brass Against, Eric Bergin, the Maria Schneider Jazz Orchestra, the Mingus Big Band, the Afro-Latin Jazz Orchestra, the Birdland Big Band, Darcy James Argue's Secret Society and Orrin Evans' Captain Black Big Band to name only a few.
I record from home using a setup which features a MacBook Pro, Logic Pro X, a Beyerdynamic M160 ribbon microphone and an Audient ID-4 interface. I have recorded dozens of trumpet and flugelhorn parts onto professional tracks (including the one featured on my profile), using this setup.
