Noah Dearborn on SoundBetter

Noah is an LA-based studio owner and mix engineer who specializes in giving intentional productions and full-band recordings the impact and scale that they deserve. Sick of lifeless drum samples and fake amps? Noah will push your tracks to embody the lifelike character and realism you feel when your band plays live.

Noah co-owns Wonderhaus Studio in Los Angeles' Atwater Village with his business partner Jacob Williams. Together, they have more than 10 years of experience in commercial studios across LA and have worked with artists like Sam Fender, Grupo Frontera, Adam Granduciel (The War on Drugs), The Record Company, Vista Kicks, Craig Finn, Dean Dinning (Toad the Wet Sprocket), Chris Pierce, Mikal Blue and others. Wonderhaus is an intentional space that marries the comfort of home recording with the sonic capabilities of a world-class studio. Their approach to music-making emphasizes real instruments, extensive experimentation, and live tracking to give tracks a realism and sense of space that is often missing from home productions. Noah carries this philosophy over to the post-production side with a particular attention to scale, space, and soundstage to create mixes that feel sonically compelling.
