Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I mixed some old songs I made 7 years ago and I had fun making it sound how I wanted it to sound back then. Nice and professional.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I'll do my best to get your song sounding sonically pleasing and awesome.

A: Listening to the finished product after not listening to it for awhile.

A: How long have you've been mixing? 7 years
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That it's a fast process.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Acoustic bass guitar, cassette recorder, drums

A: A personal EP for fun

A: Digital for the freedom of trying different ideas out.

A: Make sure they have enough experience to get what your looking for.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Mixing Engineer, and I have been doing it for 7 years.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Very smooth and strong.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Post Malone because when I listen to a song of his it sounds so effortless. So I'm interested in seeing the process through my eyes.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: It sounds better when your having fun mixing it and bringing it together.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Indie Pop
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Being able to look past the "rules" of how things should sound. If you like it, it sounds good.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Freeness
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: First I organize all the tracks into their own categories, drums, vocals, bass, keys, guitars, etc. Then clean up the audio in various ways. Create a rough mix and make it sound better!
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Currently mix on Yamaha HS5s with a Yamaha subwoofer in the laundry room of my apartment. It works.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Composer Danny Elfman because of the arrangements that fit so well with the visual of the movies he has done.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most common work I do is mixing and some mastering music.
