Who is Klem Loden ?

Born in France in 1988, this Franco-Catalan artist has been adapting and evolving in different musical styles since childhood. A variety and jazz singer, she made her guitar strings sound like metal, then set the dancefloor alight with her turntables on acid techno, passing through hip hop, trip hop, rock and pop music, before finally devoting herself, violin in hand, to neo-classical music; a highly epic cinematic style that propelled the artist towards the doors of film adaptation. This highly atypical career path has earned him the nickname of "chameleon artist" with multiple musical styles.

Music came into her life as a matter of course. She is what is known as a "musical genius" with an absolute ear for music.

For several weeks, the artist appeared on the top list in the "neoclassical artist" category, in the national top 10 in France and in the world top 100.

Today, Klem Loden also works for the renowned publishing house Chroma music, for whom she composes music for video games.

Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: On the production of my next album, as well as on the production of the album of one of my artists.

A: Both. The two complement each other perfectly.

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been playing music since I was 4 years old. I can say that I was practically born with it, it's my second skin, it's part of me and I can't live without it.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I would say that my artistic style is to play with emotions. When you listen to one of my compositions, no matter what style of music is being played, the highlights will always take you by storm.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Without hesitation Sting. He's a model of an artistic career for me. He knows how to diversify, how to be open to artistic collaboration, even when it seems unlikely, and I have never been disappointed by his work.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Stay human when you compose. Never compose mechanically when you are asked to be productive. Use your senses and experience music in 5 dimensions.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I don't have a predefined style, I touch many musical styles. This gives me a certain musical diversity and eclecticism in my work.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Composition.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring soul, depth and a lot of emotion to it.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I work with emotions. My musical works are deeply moving and allow my musical sensitivity to shine through in every melody I compose.

A: Radiohead, Sting, Sigur Ross, Woodkid, Jonsi...
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I create tailor-made and unique music pieces for each of my clients in the desired musical style. Sometimes they are soundtracks for singers, sometimes they are music for the image adaptation.
