Welcome to my SoundBetter page! I'm Spencer Inch, a conservatory-trained drummer and percussionist with the experience and gear necessary to add studio-quality drum tracks to your project. I have worked on everything from straight-ahead jazz and musical theater to indie rock and pop, and bring a wealth of musical knowledge to everything I do. My job is to help your music sound the best it can, and I will always maintain that perspective throughout the recording process. Whether it's recreating a demo note-for-note or composing an entirely original part, I love all aspects of tracking and bring a can-do attitude to every project!

I have a large selection of drums, cymbals, and percussion accessories to choose from in order to get the perfect sound for your track, plus enough microphone inputs to capture a rich, full picture of the drums.

My gear collection is constantly growing, and if you're looking for something specific that I don't own, I will do my best to accommodate.

I am a session musician, not a mixing engineer. I send you raw audio for you to mix/have mixed however you prefer. I can do a little preliminary mixing just to give a rough sense for how it can sound with some processing, but I highly recommend having tracks professionally mixed. I can refer you to talented, accomplished mixing engineers whom I have worked with on numerous projects and fully trust.
