Graduating from McGill University's Schulich School of Music in Jazz Performance with Outstanding Achievement in Jazz Voice, Charles Lowe (Dolly Blonde) has defied the boundaries of modern genres. Building his musical repertoire like a building, Jazz was the concrete that was poured first as the groundwork. From there, drawing on his musical inspirations such as Ella Fitzgerald, Elton John, Billy Strayhorn, Gorillaz, George Michael, Dorothy Ashby and more...
