I’m Ion—a mix engineer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist with over a decade of hands-on experience in music, both on stage and behind the desk.

For 12 years, I’ve been the guitarist, songwriter and producer in The Wax Road, where I developed my ear, feel, and understanding of what makes music connect. I’ve also worked closely with Karafizi as a producer and mixing engineer, helping shape a distinct sound rooted in emotion and clarity for her first LP. Along the way, I’ve been involved in a range of independent projects, offering everything from full production to detailed mix work and sound design.

I might not have the longest credit list—but what I do have is a deep commitment to the craft, a sharp attention to detail, and a clear understanding of what artists need. My approach is always artist-first: I care about making your music feel authentic, polished, and powerful. Whether you’re working on a debut single or a full EP, I’m here for you.
