JMAC is a London-based mix engineer and multi-instrumentalist with over a decade of experience, helping artists turn great songs into release-ready records.
Having honed his craft over the past 10 years, Jamie was most recently mentored by legendary producer/mixer Stephen Power, further refining his approach to achieving depth, clarity, and emotional impact in every mix.
Working with both emerging talent and major label artists, JMAC has built a reputation for not only delivering high-quality mixes, but for creating a smooth, collaborative process. His strong communication and attention to detail ensure that every project stays true to the artist’s vision.

Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Arthur Indrikovs is my go to guy for mastering. He really knows how to add that final 5%. He is also a fantastic mix engineer!!
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: My 100% passion and energy from the second we start the project right up until I deliver the final mix.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Being able to take someones ideas and vision and turn it in to a great record.

A: Can you make the mix louder. Turn your speakers up....
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Make sure you start with the right pallet of sounds.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I am a very creative mixer so I can really bring simple things to life and make them much more exciting to listen to. Being an artist myself I also like to share release advice + industry insight with my clients beyond just the mix itself.
