All I can say is that Joey will get your track banging. His first draft was exactly what I was looking for. Absolutely going to be a repeat customer. Man is a legend!
Joey is an incredibly talented and well-rounded producer. I've worked with him on over 15 different projects over the past two years, producing a variety of music across genres. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and consistently exceeds expectations both in terms of quality and timeliness. I am very grateful to have worked with him and look forward to continuing to do so in the future.
Joey is extremely versatile in music and values transparency between him and his clients. Working with him was very smooth sailing, as he not only was able to get what I was trying to go for almost immediately, but he also was able to add in a unique flavor to the mix. Highly recommend!
Joey is an extremely talented producer and very easy to work with! He is knowledgeable and receptive to feedback, and I’m very happy with his work!
Interview with JP Warner
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love that each new project that comes across my desk or I write myself is a new opportunity to turn an idea into a full-blown piece of art. There is no feeling more rewarding than opening up a project file and getting in the zone, only to look up 6 hours later and realize you now have an amazing song that simply didn't exist when you got out of bed that morning!
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: Perfection. If you're not happy enough with it, I'm not happy enough with it either! And if this is the case, we'll figure it out together until you are completely satisfied.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I love this question because it honestly varies from song to song! A piece of advice that has stuck with me over the years was quite simply "before you do ANYTHING to a track, sit back and listen. Really listen, and analyze what the track needs to get to the next level." I use this approach every time I sit down with a new song, and it's taught me how to step back and flesh out musical ideas not only intentionally but strategically.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most commonly I get requests to mix/master a single, EP, or Album. I love how this gives me the chance to work with musicians in all genres — I've gotten the chance to work on everything from EDM to Folk! I love the challenge of working with artists across a variety of genres, it keeps things fresh & exciting.
