Hi I'm two times Grammy winning, 6 times nominated guitarist Robert "Dubwise" Browne, lead guitarist for Shaggy. I've also toured and /or recorded with Sting, Jimmy Cliff, Tessanne Chin, Morgan Heritage, Lauryn Hill, Ziggy Marley, Toots Hibbert, Diana King and a host of other artists. I've produced my own albums as well as for labels in Japan.
I have over 30 years of studio experience and hundreds of concerts as well as successful projects and happy clients. 25 years of live performance experience; I compose, record, perform and produce my own music in Jazz and Modern Classical genres, often blending the two. My songwriting comes from a very personal and poetic perspective. My only "client" thus far, is myself - I hope to change this through collaboration with others.
