Jake McCormack is a music producer, mixing engineer and sound designer from Birmingham, currently working and living in London. Jake works regularly for Soho Sonic Studios and from his home studio in North London. Some of his previous and current clients include Mr Eazi, Cineworld Cinemas, EMI, Sledgehammer Games, Jacqui Siu, as well as others.

Highly experienced producer & engineer with a versatile skill set who has worked with major artists (G-Eazy, Bob Weir, Slightly Stoopid). In my time, I’ve worked on over 1000 released titles, started Zoo Labs a non-profit that accelerates artist development & have been Grammy nominated twice. My work is imaginative, diverse, empowering, connected.

I've got a huge amount of really great vibey drums and percussion, and a nice sounding room that I work out of. I'm also lucky enough to have acquired a really nice tracking rig that sounds absolutely great! The main calls I get to record for are texture and vibe, pocket Americana, folk, and singer songwriter. I also do a lot of modern country.

Proffesional bassist since 1990, studio owner since 1994. Lot of session work, and done countless tv-shows in Norway sitting in husbands. For many years I did The Nobel Peaze Prize Concerts, and through that I've played with artists like: Seal, Donna Summer, Jennifer Hudson, Ne-Yo, Jason Derulo, Steven Tyler, Nuno Bettencourt, Colbie Caillat..
