I am a Grammy nominated Producer / Mastering Engineer. I have been blessed to produce for & work with artists like Iggy Azalea, Jason Derulo, Knife Party, Gwen Stefani and many more. My background as a producer gives me a deep understanding of what the artist and producer are looking to accomplish with their music.

Santos Torres (Monoverse) is an electronic music producer from New Jersey. Discography includes original works with Armada Music, Future Sound of Egypt, Coldharbour, and Black Hole Recordings, and remixes for Markus Schulz, Aly & Fila, Giuseppe Ottaviani, and more.

I am passionately trained in the golden age of analog audio, and equally passionate about twenty-first century high quality digital audio. I use that training, my vast experience, and state-of-the-art digital tools to create record quality mixes on a demo budget. I can also lovingly transfer, archive and restore your analog treasures

Black Fire Audio is a multi faceted project based on love of everything audio. We focus on bringing the best quality audio to you in a professional and timely manner. Our goal is to branch out as much as possible and deliver what you envision to our final product.

I have decades of music industry experience, from an early adoption of MIDI in the 80's, live sound reinforcement in the 90's, and production & mix engineering in the 2000's; all the while being a composer and session drummer. Always one for continually learning and updating my skill set, I have bachelor degrees in Audio Production and Visual Art.

When mixing records, I provide that “larger than life” feel without losing the real band element. I love big drums (not sound replaced drums) singing in a room with loud guitars. When producing and/or writing I bring melody and emotion out without sounding trite and typical. In my opinion, there’s no formula for radio, just a killer song.

Mixing and mastering engineer with over 10 years in audio and 30 as a guitarist. My approach comes from work in studios across Latin America and Europe, including assisting on professional sessions at Galaxy Studios. I blend the American mixing school's tone, punch and clarity with diverse European workflows and production methods and criteria.
