Music should never be black and white. The best records are vibrant — full of emotion, movement, and colour. My goal as a mix engineer is to bring that colour out of your track so it connects with listeners and tells a story.
A song is more than the sum of its parts, so I look at the whole puzzle to know how to best fit my piece into it. Graduate of Texas State in Sound Recording Technology with a minor in Music Composition and emphasis in guitar. I love all sides of the music making process, and studying those 3 areas has helped make me a well rounded music maker.
Expect my soundtracks to be ambient, contemplative, sublime and textured; blurring digital and analog lines. As a composer I have written original music for award-winning short films, internationally chart-topping podcasts and commercials for major global brands.
