Hello! My name is Ryan Yount, a recording and mix engineer out of Nashville, TN. I have a deep passion for creating music that moves me, and moves the musicians that I work with.
I've been running a full time studio called InTheMusic Recordings for 1 year now and I've been mixing, mastering on Pro Tools/Logic for about 7 years. I started making music when I was 16 but fell in love with engineering when I was 18. I'm 25 now and I record, mix, master and produce music full time for a living and love the art.

I'm best known for my film score work, most notably for the film Three Headed Beast, which premiered at Tribeca Film Festival in June of 2022. I've also scored several local films in Grand Rapids. I'm most proud of my work under the industrial/post-punk project Strange Skin, which I started in 2019.
