Hi ! My name is Jean Loup Pecquais, I'm living in Paris and I'm in music for 11 years. I'm a great fan of Pink Floyd, Porcupine Tree/Steven Wilson, Björk and Radiohead. By now I am studying a master's degree in sound engineering in the Ecole National Supérieur Louis Lumière. I have already produced two record of my personal music, in 2014 and 2015.
Experienced in all essential aspects of working with sound, including acoustics, tracking, editing, MIDI sequencing, configuring signal flow, microphone choice and placement, dynamic signal processing, equalization, and mixing among many other areas, I am eager to bring my experience, knowledge, and professionalism to a creative team.

I play a bunch of different instruments and love working with a wide variety of artists to look for new sounds and experiment in new areas. I'm interested in a lot of different styles of music: folk, drone, afrobeat, rock, experimental, and everywhere in between. I can typically turn over jobs pretty fast, depending on the complexity.
