I made my first recordings in age of 7. But since these times, I have experiences. Unfortunatelly I don't have that cassette.
As guitarist, writer, producer, engineer, and/or mixer, I've made records with Rachael Yamagata, Chocolate Genius, Matthew Ryan, Emmylou Harris, and others. I'm comfortable in all areas of the recording process, and I am a professional encourager. I can help you get from start to finish, finding your Voice in the music and keeping it authentic.

What makes me unique is my versatility. Between my extensive original music repertoire and 7+ years as an event band vocalist, I am able to offer a wide range of musical styles and execute them with control. I like to consider my voice as an instrument, a true part of the entire arrangement, and always try to serve the song at hand.
Venezuelan Guitarist and Composer Juan Ernesto Velásquez creates melodic textures with a colorful spectrum of musical nuances. His music has roots in Latin America yet contains a blend of Spanish and Gipsy guitars, Popular Music, Afro-Caribbean rhythms, Jazz, and World Music influences, resulting in experimental instrumental compositions.
At 34 Years Old I choose to pursue Music Production and Song Writing Rather than being a Artist for over 20 years. I believe if somebody else would say what im writing they can bring more to it and I always have reference tracks for you to listen to. Dont be to "Cool" to not have a "Hit" song just because You didnt write it. Its Your Song !!!!!!
