Onirologia / Costantino on SoundBetter

As a multi-instrumentalist with 15+ years of experience in musical composition and production, I will flesh out your ideas into fully-arranged / mixed tracks. I've most recently acted as Executive Producer on McKinley Dixon's LP, "For My Mama And Anyone Who Look Like Her", which has been featured on Consequence of Sound and The FADER.

My passions are sound design, cross-genre contamination, and experimentation. I have worked in the genres of Hip-Hop, Jazz, Pop, Electronic, and Metal. I'm not afraid to pull from all of these influences in order to make you a song that simultaneously stands out and pulls the listener in.
In creating a track for my clients, I often employ and am an expert in these techniques:
- song composition / orchestral arrangement
- instrumental / field recording
- drum programming
- alternate methods such as Max / MSP and glitch
- foley / convolution reverb design
- mixing for stereo / multichannel formats

My musical background includes 15+ years of Jazz guitar experience as well as a deep knowledge of music theory. At university, I applied this background to the field of electronic production and expanded my expertise from the guitar to all areas of musical production and sound design. Since then I've worked as a beat-maker, session guitarist, mixing engineer, and executive producer for albums, films, and dance pieces.

Software: Ableton Live Suite, Izotope RX, Max / MSP / Jitter, Garageband, Reaper

Last but not least, I can scream in Black Metal style.

I'd love to hear about your project. Click the 'Contact' button above to get in touch.
