Recording studio in Downtown Los Angeles. Tropical-corporate vibe, quality gear, available all hours. Come in, make some noise, and create something special.
The Regional Office comprises three rooms—a small lounge, control room, and live room. Total square footage is about 600 sq.ft. Connect your laptop to our UAD Apollo 8 via thunderbolt (2 or 3), and record in through our UAD 4-710d quad preamp, or a dozen other pres. Get some unique sound ideas down with an array of funky instruments and synths, including a Dave Smith Prophet 8 rev2, Moog Little Phatty, a full-size upright piano from the 1890s (super-bright!), a DW drum set, tons of random percussion instruments, or some wacky old synths including a Kurzweil K2000, Roland Juno Alpha, Ensoniq Mo Phatt and more. Mics include an AKG C414, EV RE20, Rode NT5 pair, Shure KSM32, Rode NTK, or a pile of other assorted dynamics and condensers.
More importantly, the vibe is right. Comfy couches, a private bathroom, palm trees, wine bar, mini fridge.
When we're not renting it out, we make music here. We've recorded music here for Kanye, the entire newest season of The Masked Singer, shows on HBO and many more. Search for 305 Horns and Patrick Hart here on SoundBetter to hire us.
