Student sound engineer, I believe I can add a little bit of juice to your songs !
Hello there !
I'm Gwendal, and I'm an 19 year-old student in sound design. I got a bachelor's degree in sound design at ACFA Multimedia Paris, and the following year I'm going to Montpellier in order to study sound design in video games. I'm almost finished with my studies and I've been composing and mixing my own music for a bit less than a year now.
I have no real specialization since I'm still a bit of a newcomer in this domain, so feel free to contact me no matter what type of music you make !!
Click the 'Contact' above to get in touch. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Interview with Gwendal Halléguen
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I'm actually still studying, I will get my degree at the end of this year. I plan to do another year of studies to work a bit more on video games. I've been a musician for about 8 years now, though.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Oh boy. For my own songs, I guess it's something between rap, rock, blues, funk, indie and electro ? :')
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I think that it's my adaptive side ! I've been working on very different project in terms of genres, I worked on some short films and video games as well.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I would say clarity, creativity, I bring a lot of attention to detail and I like when it grooves ;)
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I juste have quite a little home studio with only my microphone and my piano. Thanks to the fact that I'm a pianist, I get to use a whole 88 keys keyboard as a MIDI keyboard, and also to record some audio from it sometimes ; it has a really pleasant sound :)
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: In terms of musicians, I'm a drummer above all, and my absolute models are Matt McGuire from the Chainsmokers and Josh Dun for twenty one pilots. For the music production, I don't really have any precise inspirations, although I really like the vibe of Elise Trouw's songs for example.
