Los Angeles native Mike Gerbrandt has spent over 20 years crafting infectious music as a songwriter, performer, and producer. A seasoned multi-instrumentalist and University-level music professor, Mike’s expertise spans alt-pop, funk, and soul, blending the timeless influence of Stevie Wonder, Chicago, and The Beatles with the modern flair of Charlie Puth, Vulfpeck, and Pharrell Williams.

Mike’s music resonates far and wide, with sync placements on Apple TV, HBO, Netflix, and VH1, showcasing his dynamic range and feel-good energy. Notable placements include: “It’s Alright” – Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock (Apple TV, 2024 Promo), “Down to the River” – The Righteous Gemstones (HBO), “It’s Alright” – T.I. & Tiny (VH1), “My Broken Heart” – Neighbours (Australia Network 10). Currently partnered with BMG Production Music, Ghostwriter Music, and SoStereo, among others, Mike continues to create, write, and record every element of his music, while inviting guest musicians to craft songs that spread positivity and meaning. A Yamaha Drums artist, his rhythmic sensibilities and knack for vibrant composition keep his listeners coming back for more.
