I'm often called onto recording projects as the guy who typically arrives with unusual instruments in tow. Sitar, mbira (African thumb piano), swarmandal, surbahar, tanpura, saw, and sometimes just the regular old acoustic guitar. I started Peace of Eden Recording Studio in 1998 on my farm in the countryside of the Garden Route, South Africa. Its a digital and analogue project facility with lots of vintage gear and accommodation is part of the deal. I have recorded and produced over sixty albums in many genres. I was nominated Best South African Recording Engineer in 2010.
