Mixing/Mastering/Production

I am a freelance audio professional and songwriter based in Los Angeles. I have been recording, producing, mixing, mastering and releasing music since I was a teenager. I highly value the role of the curator and often find myself looking to processes for inspiration. I try to work with intention, while also embracing the unknown and unpredictable.

I primarily work in my home studio Somerset Classic and at Tiny Telephone, but I always love to see new studios! I work in both analog and digital mediums, with a preference towards the linear process of recording to magnetic tape, and embracing commitment. In addition to working in a studio environment, I am well versed in live sound and on-location/archival/concert recording with a mobile setup. My understanding of acoustics comes largely from my experience making classical recordings, and translates into my process no matter where I am working. I have worked regularly as an audio visual technician and am comfortable using cameras, projectors, various audio/video editing softwares, solder and Max/MSP.
