I have a very classic style and feel to my performing compared to John Bonham, Dave Grohl, and Gene Krupa. I come from a symphonic background, so I’m well versed in standard notation/chart reading as well as playing by ear with a natural sound. I’m extremely driven and like to keep a maximum 1 week turnaround time depending on my schedule.

My name is Kevin Soffera and I am professional drummer who owns a recording studio in Pa called Hybrid Studios. I have 3 gold records and have been on countless recordings/tours. I have been doing drum tracks for artists for many years now and have expanded my studio for full band projects. Currently producing, engineering, mixing and mastering.

I grew up making music of all types, playing in bands and attending a music program after school for many years. I play and record drums, guitar, bass, keys & synths, and sing! I've worked on a ton of awesome artists and would love to work with you!

After touring for the past 10 years, most recently with singer Maggie Rogers, I've spent my recent time off the road pumping out drum and percussion tracks from my studio in Los Angeles, CA. My mission statement from the studio is to ALWAYS prepare good tones from the source, and to ALWAYS play to the song, never the ego.

The sound of my voice is my most powerful tool. It can carry a lot of emotions encase of its warmth, its raspiness on different notes but also because of my capability to feel empathy. I started rapping when I was 17 but everyone told me I shouldn't waste my voice on this because of my ability to touch souls with the sound of my singing voice.
